To be sick of Royal Mail lying and being generally useless

I have been sitting in waiting for a parcel. I got an email saying they were 'unable to deliver' it. I've been here the whole bloody time waiting for them!

I've lost the morning to it and now won't get the parcel I need until Monday at the earliest because apparently they couldn't find the house! I'm just guessing the reason, because when I phoned to complain I was put on hold and gave up after 15 minutes!

I had to contact them a few weeks ago because they managed to get my surname wrong on the mail redirection I set up. I had to fill in a form and show two forms of ID but they still managed to change a letter. It wasn't eg Martin to Martins either, more Martin to Mxrtin.

Argghhhh!!!!!

If you can stand it, ring them back. I had a delivery on the day after they told me it would be the following day when I complained loudly that I wasn't in when I was sat there waiting for them.

Tell them that all the other couriers manage to find your house. (If they do.)
