AIBU to expect deliveries up to my second floor flat

First time living in a flat - there’s a front door which I have to buzz to let anyone in. Wasn’t sure if it was cheeky to buzz in people with deliveries or if they’d expect me to go down? Have a 1 year old DD so it’s a hassle taking her down two flights of stairs and then back up with the deliveries. also feeling hungry and want a takeaway but can’t leave her unsupervised while I rush down Grin

In a flat, I expect all deliveries to be delivered at my front door. Some companies do ask you what floor you live on, but unless specified otherwise, all deliveries should arrive upstairs!
Now that I have a house, I can't expect things to be delivered upstairs, but most people do anyway when they deliver furniture or others.

They would deliver it to your door, I've never once had them ask me to meet them in the lobby. And I'd tell them no I won't if they did ...enjoy your takeaway!

The only company who wouldn't deliver to my flat was Asda. They'd only go as far as the main door. Everyone else I just buzzed in and they came up
