To ask if you believe in tarot cards

Has anyone ever had a chance reading that came true?

I went to an event last year which had tarot readers, and I did it for a bit of fun. Some of it was nonsense but some things were quite accurate - but maybe they could have rung true for most people?

I'm interested to hear people's experiences on it and whether anyone believes there is something in it. I have an open mind about these things and think there are many things we humans can never understand.

I believe but let me explain.

Each card covers a wide range of real life situations that can apply to anyone at any time. Each card encourages insight and perspective and growth but on an individual level, ie looking at your own behaviour and trying to make the best of your situation. So I believe that sitting and chatting about what’s troubling you with the cards as a very general guide to getting people to open up. And as they encourage thought and meditation and looking at your behaviour as a whole, they can be good as a way of evaluating the situation objectively. As a device for seeing the future, no. That’s too simplistic and just not possible.

Definitely if read correctly!

Yes i do, and i have had some very accurate readings, but some rubbish too,
I also had a reading years ago, with ordinary playing cards, when i was 26, i was told i would have twin boys, [i was divorced at the time and no intention of ever getting married again,
Also told i would leave where i lived and make my mind up to do so in a hurry,
Also told a man would come on a long journry and offer me a ring,
Before all this,i lived in a house but she told me i would move to a flat,
All this happened, the flat i got was actually across the road from her, and i did move in a hurry as my parents decided to move across country and i wasnt sure i wanted to,as i had friends there
I decided at the last minute it was probably best to move with family,
My ex husband came to see me in my new place and asked me to remarry him, [i refused] and i got married again at 30 and had identical twin boys, 8 years later

I mean 8 years after she told me.not 8 years after I got married again

Your mind is so 'open' that you've already decided there are many things we humans can never understand? It sounds like you have a very closed mind.

Of course not.
