Mine would have to be trifle. I literally cannot get enough of the stuff!

Creme brûlée, but only the one they made in a hotel in Auckland that I can’t remember the name of now but they did an all you can eat buffet with dozens of puddings!

It's a very difficult decision, OP - either my mum's Bread and Butter Pudding which is just perfect or Tarte au Citron from a bakery in Cohors in France which was so delicious I was in taste heaven. I think I will need several years worth of comparison taste testing before being able to reach a final decision.
