Mine would have to be trifle. I literally cannot get enough of the stuff!

Creme brûlée but it has to be made properly with the right consistency creamy custard not too hard, not too soft. A touch of vanilla and a perfectly crisp but not burnt topping.

Pavlova , has to be homemade though , with loads of fresh raspberries , blueberries and strawberries and a mountain of whipped cream.

Chocolate pancakes filled with whipped cream which have been refrigerated so they're properly cold & then drowned in warm chocolate sauce. The trick is to eat them before the sauce cools/cream warms up.

I'm not feeling great today. DH is about to go to Tesco, I wonder what my chances are of convincing him to buy all the ingredients & make them for me just because... Probably pretty slim!
