I know IABU because I could just google this and I will. But I like your answers too.

We're going away on the 30th of this month to Peurto Pollensa, Majorca for 2 weeks. Myself, OH and out DD's who will be 3 and 4 at time of travel.

I have never left the country before. Well, besides to Wales ;)

I'm in a panic about what I need to do, what I can and can't take. Any tips for my first time flying as well as my children's first time? What can and can't we take on the plane? I believe we're flying with Tui.. don't quote me though.

We have 3 15kg bags allowance and 4 5kg hand luggage allowance. If I bring coloring bits on the plane, are there little fold down tables on the seat in front that the girls could use? Could I take their kindles on there with headphones?

Majorca - What do I need and what do I not need? We've hired a car, at a hotel along the pine walk of peurto pollensa and the hotel has a pool. Can you withdraw money out there with a Visa debit card? Do they still charge you to use your mobile with Vodafone? (Hotel has Wifi)

Ah, so many questions.. Sorry Grin

're decanting meds ' I did not have any issues with unlabled liquid meds but that was quite a while ago.
Go to your local pharmacists and ask their advice , perhaps they can print a label / provide a small bottle for you.

Have a good read of TripAdvisor review for your hotel. Whether you are staying self catering or all inclusive you may be charged and/or be required to pay a deposit for the following:-

Air con
Wifi
Bottled water (even at AI)
Pool towels (if needed)
Occasionally irons/kettles, if necessary

I've stayed at Tui hotels many times and have always been able to pay for these at check out using our credit card but I have read reviews where hotels insist on cash up front.

There's a tourist tax to be paid in Majorca. Check how that needs to be paid, you may need cash.

At Gatwick there's a family security gate. It's just past the main security entrance with the special assistance gate.

Drop luggage off as soon as you arrive at the airport. Tui flights are mostly going to be holiday makers so there's lots of luggage to get on and queues can be long.

Lastly, have fun!!

Nothing to add to any of the great tips you've had here. Just wanted to express my complete jealousy. Puerto Pollensa is so so lovely! Enjoy!
