I posted a while ago about struggling to fit exercise in to my week. I took on-board some of the suggestions and started couch to 5k, which is going well.
We've now moved DSs nursery and I'll be able to exercise in the morning. I'm going to join a gym near work. I'll have 30-40 minutes 4 mornings a week. 2 will be for c25k but I'd like to do other stuff the other 2 days. Maybe weights?
I appreciate 30-40 mins isn't much but can any one suggest a regime/ plan?
