Me and DP surf he surf's, I'm completely shit so this means we spend a lot of time getting changed in beach car parks.

I was thinking today... WIBU to stop struggling to cover my boobs when changing and just quickly whip my top off and pop my bra back on in the car park?

I wear a high necked top under my wetsuit and struggling out the wettie and the top under a changing robe then trying to get a bra on with really achey biceps is a bloody faff and takes ages and usually results in a lot of swearing. I also sometimes need DPs help to pull the shoulders of my wetsuit down which makes covering up really hard.

As I was struggling today and saw DP quickly amd easily yank down the top half of his wetsuit I thought maybe I should just do the same in future.

What do we think?

I have a robin for this but I bought a ridiculously big one so it’s like a towel tent on me basically. When the heating went a few months ago I basically lived in it there’s that much fabric 😂

Boobs are fine, seriously. Nobody that matters would be offended by that. We repeat at neauseam on this website and elsewhere that BFing in public is fine, so should be being able to change quickly in confort close to the beach!

I’m afraid I’d go with a swimming costume, bikini top or bra under the rash vest, whatever style you find most comfy. Then wetsuit and rash vest off, changing towel on and then bra/cossie off t-shirt on. I spent a lot of time getting in and out of wetsuits (and drysuits) when diving and was never too bothered but our club then asked us to be more careful about covering up as they’d had complaints.

Just go for it. Well mannered people don’t stare at other people getting changed by the beach, that really would be common.

i think if a bloke was discreetly getting changed on the beach and I or any of my family caught a quick glimpse accidently then that would be no problem. Its hardly flashing.
