To think I look better at 41 than 20s /30s

I am more wrinkly and fatter obviously but on balance I've got my style together more than when I was younger. I look ok I think and if I don't I don't really care .. it's quite liberating!

I can relate to this. I'm over 60 now but think I was at peak attractiveness in my 40s, and was more confident then than at any time before or since. I'd love to be that age again, enjoy!

I’m in my late ‘40s and I look great. I’m slim, (ish!) fit, (ish!) stylish (for work/play) comfortable when not..
I know what works for me.
Love how I am right now

I think it's a combination of being generally less fussed about how other people perceive you, and the ability to wear more sensible, flattering clothes rather than adorning yourself in strips of material and tottery heels.
The confidence helps enormously too. For me I'm settling in a new career, DS is now a teen so much less needy, DH and I have more free time together so my confidence is higher than it's been since I was 19 and was convinced I was invincible

I'm in my early 30s and I definitely look better now that I did in my 20s, or even in my teens!

Yes. 41 and have never been in better shape. Plus I can afford a great haircut, nicer clothes etc.

I was talking about this the other day. In my teens I was so confident in how I looked (a bit punky/rockabilly) then in my 20s I drifted into corporate wear for work, 30s into mum wear with babies and toddlers.
Now in my 40s kids are older, I'm more confident to wear what flatters me and even with a nod back to my earlier tastes. I just chopped my hair off from a should length bob to a crop and I'm loving it so much!
For me I think it's a combination of self confidence (or not giving a fuck as you get older) but also time now kids are self sufficient
