So I can eat all the ice cream and not have to share?

Absolutely not. I've been the same cos he's been a grumpy sod all day lol

ProudThrilledHappy · 07/05/2018 18:47

Nope I’ve got a brand new, half-price tub of haagen-dasz waiting for 9pm

Elementtree · 07/05/2018 18:49

I just got my ds (3) in the bath, dressed for bed and read him a book and then realised was only half six.

You'd have thought I'd have checked a clock but I just assumed because I was shattered it was bedtime.

So now he's playing Lego and I'll try again in 40 mins otherwise he'd have punished me with a 5am start.

Elementtree · 07/05/2018 18:50

And he's not three, he's four. Did I mention I was tired?

Allthewaves · 07/05/2018 18:52

iv been sneaking in the kitchen to snaffle chocolate

CoffeeAndToffee · 07/05/2018 18:55

I feel like this most nights - once caught myself working out how long until their bedtime and then realised we hadn't even had lunch.

BPG20 · 07/05/2018 19:57

I thought this was just a normal part of parenting Grin

Treaclepie19 · 07/05/2018 20:01

Totally normal!

ItchySeveredFoot · 07/05/2018 20:01

Yep I'm just about to take mine up and then order a takeaway! I've been counting down since about 2.

Mamabear1475 · 07/05/2018 20:02

I just want my dd to sleep so I can take the washing upstairs without her screaming when I put her down Sad
