Thank you for all the help, support, handholds and ThanksGin's I had during the darkest, loneliest period of my life. It was 3am, i was suicidal, had a baby asleep on me with my tears soaking his sleep suit and this board was the only place I could think of. I had post after post from people letting me know I wasn't alone and urging me to get help in the real world.

Three years later I am still here and life is good.

Thank you!

I’ve been posting here since 2012, before I became a mum. The support I have received during all the trials and tribulations of the last 6 years, including major ones like actually becoming a mum and my marriage collapsing has been invaluable. The roastings I’ve had over the years have been deserved every time. This site opened my eyes up to feminism in way it never had been before and quite possibly never would have been. Thank you.

I recently had to name change after accidentally locking myself out of my account, I was Alisvolatpropiis before. I feel oddly new at the moment.

#dearmumsnet, thank you for allowing me to lurk and learn about so much. Red flags, step-parenting, menopause, male violence, feminism, mansplaining, man spreading and the fun stuff.
Thank you for informing me enough to be the best role model to my daughters I can be.

I’ve been here since 2009. The support I recievced when BF didn’t go to plan for me and my DD was wonderful. I was on the brink of a breakdown of some sorts and MN pulled me back

#dearmumsnet thank you for helping me through months of ttc especially when, following tests, I found out we may not be able to have children. Thank you for connecting me to other women in similar situations who supported each other and were genuinely happy when we finally got that bfp.

Thank you for the advice regarding my non sleeping baby/toddler, potty training, tantrums and weaning. Thank you for helping me to see everything was normal and as bad as something might seem it is only a stage and will pass.

Thank you for entertaining me during pregnancy insomnia and night feeds.

Tire I'm happy you dug yourself out, we'll done you Flowers

#dearmumsnet. .. thanks for sitting on the stairs with me outside my daughters bedroom for 10 nights straight, getting her to stay in bed and sleep at 4 years old. I was literally at the end of my rope.

And cheers for handing me my arse when I'd been a royal twat!

But mostly, for teaching me so very much.

Thank you for keeping me sane while I planned my escape from an abusice man, thank you for giving me the strength to work hard for months to find my escape route (legal and immigration Issues).
Thank you for helping to signpost services when I landed in London and was so jetlagged I could barely tell you my middle name and which DD was which.

Thank you for showing me so many different yet amazing ways to live life through the many different yet amazing women who post here.

Thank you for helping me to be less judgemental as I can read other points of views and understand better the other perspective or different side of an argument.

Thank you for helping me to appreciate all the incredible people and things in my life which I can sometimes take for granted - but a some of the heartbreaking MIL / parents / DH threads will always remind me how wonderful mine are by comparison.

Thank you for opening my eyes to so many issues and keeping my toe in the political / news arena even when feeling totally consumed by newborns and toddlers. Then giving me a place to really educate myself as they got older and I had more brain / time.

Thank you for the most comprehensive and intelligent resource on Feminism I could hope to find!

Thank you for making me laugh and cry and feel that there's always someone there to help no matter what.
