Best pub/ shop names ever!

Doing some research on the house we're moving to and it's very near to a pub called.. the Malt Disley!

I love it!! I'm having a bitch of a time with the letting agent and this house is very worth it but aibu to ask you to cheer me up with funny shop/ pub names?

Off licence - Amy's Winehouse.

There is a hairdressers here called "The Fresh Princess of Belle Hair"

Dont know if its still there but when we went to Tenerife in las Americas there was a pub called the bogs dollocks my kids thought it highly amusing

There's an undertakers nearby called R. S. Cape

Master Bates - Fishing shop in Fife!

There's a village in Wales that I've driven through called Knockin...the local shop is called the Knockin Shop

Saw the van of a port-a-loo hire company emblazoned with the name ‘Touching Cloth Loo Hire’

These are hilarious.

There's a scaffold company who have that slogan 'satisfaction with every erection'

There is/was a dog grooming parlour in Plymouth called Dirty Dogs and Filthy Bitches....

There's a plumbing company in York called All Cisterns Go.

Used to see it on a van in Brighton for a carpentry business: Wood, Nail & I.

So very Brighton, and always used to make me smile.

Place in Donegal Ireland called Muff. It's on the coast. They have a dive club called "Muff Diving club"

There was a house near to me called Fir Kew Hall, stencilled very neatly in great big letters over the arched front door!!! It was called it for YEARS and I would love to know the back story.

It was sold a couple of years back and it's been painted over by the new owners but still faintly visible

Also once saw a hairdressers called Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow and one called Barberella's

Remembered another.....

Once working at a clients office and heard tinkly ice cream van music but the Batman theme, apparently it was the mobile sandwich company, aptly named "the Bap Van"

We have a barbers called Sherlock Combs!

There is (or was) a sun bed place in Liverpool called 'colour of you'!

Many moons ago there was a gay bar in Glasgow called The Muscular Arms.

There's a chippy near me in what used to be a railway station called The Plaice Station.

Near here there used to be a pub called the fuzz and firkin, apparently the name pig & whistle was not considered appropriate, the building was an old police station.

There's a sandwich shop near me called 'only foods and sauces'

Frangipani There is a whole fleet of Bap Vans around South and West Yorkshire. They still make me chuckle.
