3 hours! Are we allowed to name names? Was it T-Mobile? They really wind me up.

I finally got through to someone, who half an hour ago said they'd call back in 10 mins!

Not a good start to an 18 month relationship with them!

Not T-Mobile, a more fruity company - although to be fair have been with them for 4 yrs on PAYG & had no complaints at all.

Just peed off now! Need to be up at 6 for work, was meant 2 b studying this evening.... now waiting for a phone call!

oh them!

i am with them, usually they are ok BUT i waited for an hour and a half trying to get through to them once

when i finally did i made my unhappiness clear and they were v apologetic and helpful, tho it took another hour for them to fix my problem!

luckily the call was free

There is that!!

I was tempted to ask them that if is how long they take for a new pay monthly customer then how long will it be when I'm an old one?!

Still hasn't rung back. Want to use my new phone! Dammit!

Ah, now we've spent about 3 months trying to sort out a false name being used at our address for a mobile account from them. They are shit. First they couldnt help because it wasnt our name (er, that being the point). Eventually after sending an email telling them they were encouraging fraud, they sent us a form to fill in and said it was all sorted. Then another letter came in the mystery name, 2 days later The postman says there are loads of these scams in our area.

That's quite scary! I suppose that with the online bills & paying by direct debit then it is easy for someone to do that.

how did you find out the email address?

i lost my phone on friday night , it fell out of my pocket when i was running to avoid rain

i called them on sat and by sunday i had a new phone

5 min call to reactivate it and it was all done, same number as well

that's what they are usually like imo, but i was a bit wary , wondering how long i would have to wait, after my marathon session a couple of months ago!

what phone did you get?

Report

mustrunmore · 15/05/2007 22:22

Not sure; dh did it at work. Maybe he opened one of the letters and it was on there? Or trawled through their website?

Blondilocks · 15/05/2007 22:23

Yeah there wasn't an obvious one on there.

It's a W880i. Nice phone. It was a treat for myself!

It's bloody closed now. 8am til 10pm.

I start work at 8am, he was going to phone me back at home.

Am soooo pissed off, 4.5 hours wasted on it now & nothing. If that 980 number you're meant to call from the phone isn't free I am going to go mad. I am sooo angry & also very ... it's a nightmare.

get them to reimburse you if not, put on your angriest mum voice, it should work

Report

Blondilocks · 15/05/2007 22:38

lol. Was probably closer to crying to be honest or ranting at them down the phone!

you'd think that they don't want new customers.

Sorry for being so whingey!

maybe htey are just getting too big for the staff they have?

Report

Blondilocks · 15/05/2007 22:50

maybe they should cut down their operating hours until they get enough staff!

Wouldn't mind the call back between x&Y if someone was actually going to answer. Will have to spk nicely to my boss & see if I can call up from work.
