I have an online friend that refuses to acknowledge that she has an eating disorder

AIBU to just leave her alone?

It's been around two years. She keeps getting kicked out of weight loss forums because she posts that she only ate 700 calories a day then exercised for three hours, etc. Or that she fasted for three days. Then ate only egg whites or chicken breast. I keep telling her she probably has an eating disorder but she wouldn't listen to me and just continue telling me about her eating. Like she just wants an audience.

AIBU not to take her seriously? Based on pictures she does not look anorexic.

If you only know her online, it means nothing.

'She' could be anyone. The food diaries and photos could be pure fantasy.

Just ignore it, unless you are looking for drama and flights of fancy.

If you don't know her in person it could be fictional to get attention

Yeah I only know her online.
