Not exactly a TAAT but as we're talking about people who witter on about their totally random pet obsessions, do you fancy entertaining me (while I lie here suffering off some hideous lurgy) by telling me your pet thing that you witter on about?

For me it's probably animals. I find it really hard not to share the fact that I have seen a red kite/a woodpecker/next door's cat today. I'm so glad for Facebook now as I can post a picture of said wildlife and other people who give a shit can Like it. I don't know why I find them so fascinating really, maybe it's just that it's a damn sight more fun than talking about the news these days

When my central heating broke, I became a complete Boiler Bore.
I couldn't afford to replace it for 3 months, so we had no hot water or central heating over winter. I couldn't talk about anything else.

Dogs, or rather my friends dogs as I don’t own a pet. To that end, my friends cats as well

My latest craft project. I love crafts and spend a lot of time either planning, making or giving away things I have lovingly made.

I home educate DD and she enjoys it too. We made a 'quiet book' together for DGD, age 2. I have shown a lot of people the video of that book.

So tired of the constant moaning that it's the schools responsibility to police this activity, and the "Oooh BAN them" squad who have NFI about life in a digital age. Educate yourselves, take responsibility. I can go on, and on, and on. But that is my job.
