To ask how often you change your PJs?

Every couple of days - basically whatever day I'm looking like I've got a light wash load the pyjamas will all go in.

I can't understand knickers in bed, doesn't your fanjo need to be free sometimes?

Yours might, but mine doesn't. I wear knickers to bed every single night. Most of the year it's knickers and PJs ; when it's hot it's just knickers and a t-shirt.

I have never once had a yeast infection in my life. During 2 years of fertility treatment I was seeing a gynaecologist as often as several times a week, and apparently everything is A-ok down there (and he spent enough time down there!). Said foof was in tip top nick despite the supposedly cardinal sin of wearing knickers to bed!

Knickers under PJ bottoms to avoid getting vag juice or sweaty arse or fart crumbs all over them. DH sleeps with boxers under his PJ bottoms for the same reason.

I haven't owned pj's for years.
Getting dressed for bed just seems odd

I'm in bed wearing knickers, PJ bottoms, long sleeved top, socks and a wooly sweater. (And under a 13.5 tog duvet!)

I'd be freezing if I didn't wear PJs!
