Gullivers world too babyish for y6 end school trip?

Aibu to think Gullivers world Warrington is too babyish for y6 end of school leavers trip?
I last took my daughter when she was about 7/8 and thought then ithe was aimed at pre schoolers so for the school to take 11 year olds seems an odd choice for their leaving school end trip.
Does anyone else think it's too babyish or are there more rides for older ones now
?

I have never been to a Gullivers but I believe they are aimed at 'under 12' so Year 6 is in that age group. If they went to one of the bigger places (Alton Towers etc) some Year 6 children wouldn't be tall enough for several rides!!

I'm sure they would have fun but from memory there are only a few rides that are a bit scary. Still plenty of silly rides to enjoy and no queues I'd imagine. I'm sure when with friends they would still have a good day.

I actually think it’s a pretty wise choice.
They are going to be able to have more “independence” than at a big theme park and won’t have the “x is too small for that” problem they would at somewjere bigger

Queues i hadn't thought of something in that respect Gullivers would be good but I'm pretty sure some of the 11 year olds will be too big for some of the rides.
From memory there are quite a lot of train rides aimed at toddlers and no 11 year old will be seen dead on those rides

What places for other schools go for their y6 trip?

Website says it is aimed to 13 so should be fine

We are near the MK one but they have plenty my kids 12 & 10 would enjoy

Log flume
Spinning type funfair rides (several)
A decent rollar coaster
Drop ride
Tea cups
Boat type rides
Pirate ship
Bumper cars
Lots of other things. They could probably get in a lot more in one day than queuing at Akron towers.

It's small enough to give the kids some freedom whilst still keeping them contained.
They have built a couple of new rides aimed at older kids in the last few years but it could do with a lot of updating. The dinosaur bit is really looking worn now.

There are rides specifically aimed at older kids. They will love it.
