I think you are being a tad unrealistic there . ..i would say you would need to up that budget considerably.

I don’t have this so can’t speak for the quality, but it looks a good price (and the seller has lots similar-I’m hunting for metal sheds; not half as exciting!)

If it's just a basic playhouse you're after then Argos do one for £180. My neighbour has it for her grandkids and it's seems very sturdy. She's let them paint and decorate it themselves. If you want one with slides and stuff on it then you'll need to expand your budget quite a bit I think. Here's the Argos one -
