Basically DP has had a crazy time of it at work recently and so have I - we’ve not spent a massive amount of time together and when we do we are both zonked so it’s just flopping on the sofa.

He’s done really well though and got himself a promotion - when I do well at work he buys me flowers but i know he wouldn’t appreciate the same back as much Wink He’s also a total gym nut and doesn’t eat unhealthy food.

Does anyone have any ideas for a nice gesture to let him know I love him like he does for me with the flowers?

Thanks!

New gym top?

Nice facial products?

Pay for a personal training session?

The him for a day out to something he'd be interested in?

Nice thought anyway.

I remember seeing a thread about Christmas presents for blokes where someone had posted that in general terms men tend to like presents that are based around "just like XYZ that they already have, but nicer/newer". So e.g. rather than trying to come up with a new twist on something like a radically different design of watch or a shirt in a totally different colour, they'd just like a new pair of their fave old trainers or a splash-out posher version of their rather tired old gadget they use a lot. So if he goes to the gym a lot and his kit is getting a bit tired then as suggested above, maybe a slightly posher than he'd usually buy himself gym top or towel or something? Don't know if that helps at all...

Nice gym kit would be my suggestion.

You can never have too much :)

Apparently they are so comfy and non sweaty and hold everything where it needs to be! Grin They have revolutionised his comfort! I’m sure good for excercising although mine isn’t a gym bunny
