To think we need to preserve the queen and Attenborough somehow?

They're so far beyond being national institutions that I'm finding myself watching a programme about flipping trees because I love them both so much (but oddly don't particularly like the royal family)

I love that in their 90s they're so agile and on the ball!! Yes privilege of wealth etc etc but there we are.

Just turned on and seen her making a joke about the helicopter/Trump! Love them!

SluttyButty · 16/04/2018 21:22

I'm recirding it but would cryogenic suspension work until we can make them live forever?

ITV

It’s so wholesome and joyful watching them together

KirstenRaymonde · 16/04/2018 21:23

I love trees anyway though!

It's wonderful isn't it! They seem so relaxed in each other's company. Imagine if she had married him not Phil the Greek Grin

It’s like watching my grandparents, he seems to not be able to hear her very well so it’s two people carrying on separate conversations to each other and neither mind Grin Makes me all warm and fuzzy!

Herbalteahippie · 16/04/2018 21:30

I love HM the Queen and Sir Dave!

Sleeplessinguiltyness · 16/04/2018 21:30

It's brilliant isn't it!

acornsandnuts · 16/04/2018 21:33

David Attenborough isn’t favourite person on the planet. They are so sweet together.

Armi · 16/04/2018 21:33

It’s lovely. I like that she’s got her pearls on for a walk in the garden.

JustDanceAddict · 16/04/2018 21:35

Classic!

toffee1000 · 16/04/2018 21:35

Whenever people meet the Queen they always comment on a) how small she is and b) how funny she is.
I only saw the clip of them joking about the position of the sundial on the BBC news website. Sounds like this could be a good programme!

Oldbutstillgotit · 16/04/2018 21:44

Wonderful. 2 people both nearly 92 years old and so entertaining.

Oldbutstillgotit · 16/04/2018 21:45

Toffee, I was at a Garden Party and she is tiny !

liquidrevolution · 16/04/2018 21:45

Hes worked with the queen several times before which explains why they are so relaxed together.

NotTheMrMenAgain · 16/04/2018 21:54

What, like in formaldehyde?

Queenoftheblitz · 16/04/2018 21:57

I saw her close up about 20 years ago. Fab glowing skin and beautiful eyes.

MrsSmile · 16/04/2018 21:59

I had a member of staff who informed me when David Attenborough dies she will be needing a day off work Shock

CherryChasingDotMuncher · 16/04/2018 22:03

Yes please to the queen living forever! What an inspirational hard worker.

As for her son..pfft...methinks the Royals will lose an enormous amount of support when the queen dies.

Yorkshirebetty · 16/04/2018 22:06

They're so sweet. I love her dress, it's completely over the top. Harry comes across really well, quite the charmer.

OakIsBetterTho · 16/04/2018 22:08

Ohhhh it was wonderful! They are both so absolutely fabulous!

megletthesecond · 16/04/2018 22:08

They're lovely. Almost 200 year of shared knowledge and experience between them too.
