AIBU to think it's inappropriate to smoke at the play park?

Just that really. Out at the local play park today - it was busy with lots of children and babies etc and there were two women smoking whilst pushing their toddlers on swings. Surely it's anti social and totally inappropriate in a play area?

So gross!

I'm sure it'll divide people but I smoke and I wouldn't dream of doing that - just no.

I smoke but only in my garden. I would never dream of smoking at a playpark.

Aw our first outside smoking thread I’ve seen this year

I remember thinking I'd turned into a right old grumpy woman when I gave a public telling off to the pair of women sitting on the side of the sandpit smoking. Cheerfully burying their fag ends in the sand. Bin not more than 2 metres away.

There's usually signs saying not to do it around the playground along with no bikes, dogs, etc.
Yanbu. It's gross.

Slightly different, but earlier today I saw a pregnant woman puffing away on a cigarette whilst walking down the street. I judged.

I know there are things to consider... the difficulty of dealing with addiction etc... But I don't get how you wouldn't be ashamed enough to at least only smoke in private when you're visibly pregnant?!
