I'm an Eastenders fan.

Creambun2 · 12/04/2018 15:50

Soaps are shit.

The80sweregreat · 12/04/2018 15:54

eastenders

cliffdiver · 12/04/2018 15:55

The Archers.

Don't watch any TV soaps - used to enjoy Hollyoaks though.

ManicUnicorn · 12/04/2018 15:58

Corrie and Neighbours.

YerAuntFanny · 12/04/2018 16:01

I enjoy Hollyoaks the most but watch EastEnders out of some weird misguided loyalty because my Mum never missed an episode when I was growing up Hmm

19lottie82 · 12/04/2018 16:02

Coronation Street, I love it..... much to my husbands disgust!

MunchMunch · 12/04/2018 16:05

Gah! Another one who though it was about soap soap Grin I like palm olive.

I used to love Corrie and Easties but stopped watching years ago and I've tried a few times to get back into them but I can't - same shit, different year!

CastielIsMyAngel · 12/04/2018 16:08

Olive Oil from Holland and Barrett, the one from The Body Shop is also nice.

As for soap operas, none.

SilverySurfer · 12/04/2018 16:09

None. I loathe all soaps. Bad storylines, terrible acting - what's to like?

CanIBuffalo · 12/04/2018 16:12

Brissi sell gorgeous soap but I've had to install a separate dish for it in the shower so the DCs don't use it. They can have ordinary or buy their own.
Soap operas - none. Corrine wasn't the same after Bet Lynch left.

The80sweregreat · 12/04/2018 16:12

Wrights Original coal tar soap has the best smell in the world and doesnt make my skin all itchy.

DramaAlpaca · 12/04/2018 16:17

I like unscented soaps as I have sensitive skin & perfumed ones bring me out in a rash.

As for soaps on TV, I have no interest in them at all. I used to watch Coronation Street back in the day when it was actually good, but not for years and years.

IHaveBrilloHair · 12/04/2018 16:49

*Silvery, the bad acting and terrible plotlines are the beauty of the shows.
This week's Home and Away kidnapping was the funniest thing I've seen in years.

Doubletrouble99 · 12/04/2018 16:52

Given up watching soaps since I had children but I do like a bar of Dove.

UterusUterusGhali · 12/04/2018 16:53

The Archers. Missed it all this week and last though. :(

Waitrose own brand pack o'four. Grapefruit flavour I think. Cheap as chips and smells like old school Body Shop. I've switched to bars too.

SillyMoomin · 12/04/2018 16:54

Mango and the grapefruit soaps from body shop Grin

clothcollector · 12/04/2018 16:56

lol, my favourite is Dove liquid soap and we dont watch telly in our house!

UpstartCrow · 12/04/2018 16:57

Santoor sandalwood and turmeric. Its very gentle and great for dry skin.

BlueSapp · 12/04/2018 16:57

IHaveBrilloHair I know what you mean i view most of it as a comedy. And you don't really have to pay attention and think about them so I find them relaxing to watch, its like shit maybe my life isn't that bad casue i don't live in any of those places!

AlonsosLeftPinky · 12/04/2018 16:58

I love Lush soaps. I also get some jasmine ones sent over from Thailand which are gorgeous.

tobee · 12/04/2018 17:01

Eastenders and Neighbours. I think they can be great catharsis. Smile I'd rather stick pins in my eyes every 5 seconds (or in my ears?) than listen to The Archers. I think I'm going to be struck off mumsnet now.

MrsMoastyToasty · 12/04/2018 17:01

Back in the day I enjoyed Dynasty and Brookside.

I am currently using tescos own. DS is a soap dodger.

LARLARLAND · 12/04/2018 17:02

Classic Coronation Street on ITV 3.

ivykaty44 · 12/04/2018 17:03

I was given some lovely soap from l’occ at Christmas- it smells devine

amusedbush · 12/04/2018 17:03

I used to watch Hollyoaks and Neighbours but I haven't for years.

Also a fan of the Sanex 0% shower gels. Nice and gentle.
