To ask if it’s possible to name online bank accounts?

If you have several online accounts with the same bank (HSBC for example), do you know if it’s possible to name the different accounts? Ie. one account could be named ‘bills’ then ‘holidays’ etc.

On the app that is. So I have 'current account', holiday fund', 'savings' etc

Yes you can on Natwest, I have several different named accounts. Our joint account cards also have ‘joint account’ printed on the actual card, which is very helpful as it’s the same design as my current account. I don’t know about other banks though.

Mine all have silly names now - Bank of Scotland

You can on other banks but don’t think so on hsbc. I can’t work it out if so but can do it on my tsb accounts

Can with Barclays. I have xmas, holidays, Uni, and car accounts put a bit away each month with regular transfer . I keep a close eye on the holiday one!!
