My newly upholstered sofa just got delivered and the stitching is wonky

I bought a sofa on Ebay that I got reupholstered, it just got delivered back.

There is a 'scratch' on the fabric, two lines in the middle of the sofa do not meet (5 mm difference) and some of the stitching is wonky. I am so disappointed. It is quite contemporary with very smooth lines so it is noticable.

Any ideas how to best handle this?

Contact the company who reupholstered it and tell them what you’ve said here?

Take photos and email them to the company/person who did it (privately). Don't go into length, just say you've just received the sofa and you are not happy - please see the attached photos. Then ask for what you want (refund/done again?)

If they say no, tell them you'll put it all over SM if they fail to respond fairly - give them a fair chance to fix it.

If no luck, rip them to shreds all over fb/Twitter/yell reviews and see if that works.
