To think that going on a spa break will cleanse me of lamb afterbirth.

DS and I have been lambing for the past three weeks. My feet have black cracks in them. I have red welly marks on my legs. My hair is a nest. I stink,,, my God do I stink. And I'm soooooo tired. DH is coming up to join me in May. I've decided we're going on a luxury spa break.
Is it the answer to all my woes?

At least it wasn't pigs. That lingers...

Spa break isn't for me. I'll give you our ideal few days away for example.

I much prefer a lodge with hot tub.

Self cater simple meals, your time is your own, we read books, watch movies, spend time in the hot tub (alone and together) have naps etc.

We aren't farmers but both work full on jobs and feel this gives us exactly what we need.

I will post baby lamb pictures soon when the lambs can go back outside.
I was thinking of going to Stobo Castle. Is it any good, spa people?

It's a great chance to unwind and pamper op. Personally, I like one that isn't too busy and has a heat and ice experience.
