Brother said he wanted to go travelling. He wanted my 80 year old mother to sell his house and give him 3k up front. She had paid for his house. He went abroad and the house was put up for sale. He turned back up after 3 weeks and went to live with my mother.My mother is not happy and will barely speak to me as he monitors her phone calls. My brother has mental health issues and I am seriously worried he will be the death of my mother. I am 200 miles away and work. Please help.
