Over the last week;
- amazon package - book - “left in none existent porch”
- amazon package - large mirror arrived mashed to smithereens
- boohoo package- delivered to completely the wrong address
Customer care and support is fairly unhelpful and there seems to be no accountability .
I’d happily pay more for delivery to actually get my package when I expect it !
I get that these people are underpaid and working to outrategous targets but somethings got to give here :(
