No advice just sympathy! My DS2 has never liked either. (He is actually under dietician because he hasn’t touched any ‘meal’ food that’s not a variation of nuggets or chips since August!) it’s so hard. I keep offering new, healthy foods, giving vitamins, but he just is terrified of textures.
Don’t get me started on sleep he hates that!
Wouldn’t change him for the world tho... I concentrate on all his good points (and there are lots!) rather than endlessly worrying about sleep and food. I figure (hope? Pray? That they will sort themselves out as he grows up and is able to be reasoned with.
Good luck Smile

Buffet style dinners that they choose which bits they fancy?? Low effort mind so selection of fridge leftovers / cheese / crackers / veg / fruit / sliced pitta / pizza / nuggets / pasta - stuff which can be brought out then put back cold if untouched...

As for sleep, I cheated and got my friend and professional sleep consultant to write us a plan - fixed in a week wish I'd done it earlier.
