We pay monthly for boiler cover with Scottish Power.
Our heating has gone off and after HOURS of trying to get through to their ‘help’ line they promised to sort it out yesterday.
Yesterday came and went. No one rang us back.
After finally getting through to them yesterday evening I was promised it would be sorted ASAP and would hear from an engineer this morning before 11.
Surprise surprise. Nowt.
With 5 children (one who has a chronic illness) and a disabled person in their 80s we are apparently a priority. We pay this money monthly because we don’t want any nasty financial surprises when it comes to our central heating.
