Is it safe to take Valium the day after drinking a lot?

I know it's not safe to take together. It's been at least 12 hours since last drink.

I'm so panicky I need to calm down and I can't. I have some Valium prescribed for certain circumstances so I could take one of those to calm down if it's safe??

Does anyone know?

You should be fine to take one if it's been 12 hours. Hope you feel better soon OP
