Or how to find a forgotten password? There doesn't seem to be a fuction to do this

Is it written in her planner? If not you’ll need to email her teacher. The accounts are not linked to pupil emails it’s linked to the school.

Don't be daft princess my dd despite being conscientious is sooo disorganised. Oh and her school don't issue planners

The teachers set up the passwords. At our school it’s the same as the mymaths password but repeated as the mymaths password is 3 characters and the mathswatch needs to be 6. Could she ask a friend what hers is and see if she can guess hers?

Does she have her username? My DD school has individual usernames but uses the school name for every pupil.

Thankyou - dd managed to find it in the school website so yes her username and same password for all.
