Normally a huge snow lover what we had a couple of weeks ago was just too much. Cost me £400 and snowed in for days.
And now it's snowing again- and it it lying.

I am in the mood for bunny hopping egg rolling sunny day type weather- not this!!

could you not have fixed loft last summer!!!!????

TheScottishPlay · 17/03/2018 08:36

Slight dusting in Angus. It's bitterly, bitterly cold though. Just home after night duty. Off to hibernate!

SpringEquinox · 17/03/2018 08:37

SW London - just started snowing but small flakes ATM. 'Puts on coat to go and get the bread and papers before I change my mind '

BeyondThePage · 17/03/2018 08:38

"snowing" here in Gloucestershire now - I say snowing, but it looks more like those little polystyrene balls you get when you open a beanbag. Like lightweight hail...

missyB1 · 17/03/2018 08:39

Snowing and a freezing wind here in Gloucestershire. Ds is in a hockey tournament at school this morning, bloody brilliant we are all going to get hypothermia!! Sad

FabulouslyFab · 17/03/2018 08:41

Marmalade Festival here this weekend. Blue sky and no snow - but we can see it in the hills and cor blimey it’s cold!

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 17/03/2018 08:41

Snowing here, but not lying.

We have to go to a funeral later :-( and it's in a country area where it's probably worse and they don't salt/grit most of the roads.

JustDanceAddict · 17/03/2018 08:42

We do! It was so mild yesterday it felt like spring at last and now this.

HolyMountain · 17/03/2018 08:44

Nothing here in Shropshire, I’m still in bed and it doesn’t even look that cold outside.

I want the sun, blue sky and warmth, I’ve had enough of the snow and cold weather, winter’s dragging its heels, sod off!

OhWhatFuckeryIsThisNow · 17/03/2018 08:44

A light cover in Sth County Durham (hello Stealth!) I'm beyond pissed off as I have major cabin fever and there's holiday shopping to be done! Snow on a weekend can bite me!

WhenEnoughIsEnough · 17/03/2018 08:46

Snowing here just outside of Cambridge big flakes but don't think it will settle into anything. It is settling on cars though. I love the snow because we never get it here but even the beast from the east didn't give us enough snow to build snowmen.

Misty9 · 17/03/2018 08:46

Snowing in norwich but very wet so I don't think it'll lay. The dc are hyper so I might chuck them out in it anyway!

HunterHearstHelmsley · 17/03/2018 08:48

Not too bad today and hoping it stays that way!! I have to travel for work on Monday. It will be a nightmare if I can't get there.

Snow should only be allowed once a year and should be pre-planned. All work places should close and extra films put on the TV Grin

DavetheCat2001 · 17/03/2018 08:49

Snow-globe snow here in SE London

Bubblysqueak · 17/03/2018 08:49

Yesterday I got 3 loads of washing dry... outside and was out and about without a coat and it was so warm.
Today...
It's just started snowing. Very light and I don't think it will come to much but what do I know I said that last time and was snowed in for 3 days

juddyrockingcloggs · 17/03/2018 08:50

We're sat in our touring caravan in Rutland and it seems to be getting heavier! Forecast is all day snow.

We love snow and we're looking forward to a walk round Rutland Water this afternoon.

It's warm in our van and we love snow so we've dropped on a good weekend for our first caravan weekend of the year! Might not be saying that if we can't get the van off site tomorrow mind being that we've got important visitors in our office on Monday!

Everytimeref · 17/03/2018 08:50

Nothing so far in Bristol. Hope it doesn't snow. Off to Gloucester to watch Rugby and have all the family coming to lunch tomorrow. Local Tesco still hasn't recovered from last Snow induced panic buying.

Bubblysqueak · 17/03/2018 08:51

Also I'm going camping in a tent in 2 weeks, hope it bloody warms up! stupid early Easter

Lovemusic33 · 17/03/2018 08:51

Snow forecast here, we have had a few flakes but meant to get worse later and tomorrow morning (we are on the edge of the amber warning zone). I usually love snow but have had enough of winter, it’s spring, yesterday was warm, I want sunny weather.

sarcasmisnotthelowestformofwit · 17/03/2018 08:52

No snow here (Surrey). It it's fucking freezing. And yesterday was so gorgeous! Gutted.

Bubblysqueak · 17/03/2018 08:53

Everytimeref I'm off to Gloucester in a bit (15min away) and I'll keep you posted. At the moment it's very light snow and it's not settling.

insancerre · 17/03/2018 08:53

No, no snow and we didn't get any last time either
Fylde coast

VioletteValentia · 17/03/2018 08:53

I hate it. You can’t do anything in the cold.

diddl · 17/03/2018 08:53

Nothing yet here (North Germany) although it is forecast.

Windy & bitterly cold though (feels like -13!)

Yes, I'm sure others have it colder, but that's cold enough for me & the dog!
(Considering looking for his coat!)

FleurDelacoeur · 17/03/2018 08:54

We were hit very badly with the snow a couple of weeks ago in Glasgow, we had over a foot.

Everyone saying they're disappointed, miss the snow, wish they could have some - well it's pretty to look at for the first few hours but when you can't get anywhere, all the shops and schools are closed for three days and people are panic buying bread and milk, it's not a lot of fun.

I think people have a "Disney" expectation of snow and the reality is much different.
