Normally a huge snow lover what we had a couple of weeks ago was just too much. Cost me £400 and snowed in for days.
And now it's snowing again- and it it lying.

I am in the mood for bunny hopping egg rolling sunny day type weather- not this!!

Seriously sick to death of snow. Third time in a quarter of a year. If this is global warming, roll on the ice age. Fuck off snow.

Idontbelieveinthemoon · 17/03/2018 08:04

Nothing but a few little flurries here (Warwick) so far. We're predicted to have more but the DCs are both on the sofa zoned out to some kind of chipmunk film so neither cares much at the lack of it.

Spudlet · 17/03/2018 08:05

Snowing hard here. I have a hair appointment in the city, it takes me heading for an hour to get there (door to door) in nice weather! Arrrrrrgh

SimonBridges · 17/03/2018 08:08

In the East here and it’s on cars and grass but not roads and pavements. It was a beautiful sunny day yesterday so I think all the concrete and tarmac are too warm for the snow to pitch.

eurochick · 17/03/2018 08:08

Snowing and settling a bit here - London /Surrey borders.

Hoppinggreen · 17/03/2018 08:10

West Yorkshire
Snowing a bit here but don’t think we will need to change our plans.
4x4 in any case so I’m sure it will be fine

Sallycinnamum · 17/03/2018 08:10

It's snowing here in Essex and laying.

I've had enough of this endless bloody winter. Yesterday it was so warm I had my first cuppa outside.

I'm usually a winter lover, particularly autumn and xmas but I've realky struggled the last few weeks. It's not depression but a general lethargy and feeling totally fed up.

Oldest DC is at cub camp this weekend. Thankfully in lodges and not tents!

nancy75 · 17/03/2018 08:11

SE London, fairly heavy snow just started, it’s settling on cars but not in the ground yet but it is forecast to snow all day

G1ggleloop · 17/03/2018 08:13

Sick of the snow. We were due to get to our caravan for the first time this weekend but it's a single track country lane to get to it which last time was completely unusable so we decided not to risk it.

Dementedswan · 17/03/2018 08:14

Northumberland here. It's snowing and blowing a hoolie Sad

HateSummer · 17/03/2018 08:16

We’ve woken up to a blizzard. It’s shit.

Lethaldrizzle · 17/03/2018 08:17

Me and the kids are v excited. Again!

M00nUnit · 17/03/2018 08:17

Snowing lots but not settling in SE London and I've just seen a post saying my local Parkrun HASN'T been cancelled. So I've got no excuse not to do it really!

Accountant222 · 17/03/2018 08:18

Light snow in Sheffield

mimibunz · 17/03/2018 08:18

Snowing near Oxford and staying on the ground. I want this on Christmas Eve, not the middle of Freaking March!

MrsBartlet · 17/03/2018 08:18

Essex here. No snow when I looked out the window at 3.30 am but completely covered when I woke up at 7.30. Supposed to snow all day Sad

Littlelambpeep · 17/03/2018 08:20

At. Patrick's Day .. won't enjoy this cold weather

MultiGrey · 17/03/2018 08:21

It's starting here. DD's dance school are supposed to be kicking off the St Patrick's Day festival here, dancing outside in the main road in short sleeve tops, skirts and short socks brrrrrrrr

themagicamulet · 17/03/2018 08:22

Snowing but not settling here in SW London

CPtart · 17/03/2018 08:23

The odd flake in Lancashire, but blustery and very cold.

kaykay72 · 17/03/2018 08:24

Argh! Supposed to be driving from Kent to Sheffield this afternoon for daughter to compete in a sporting event tomorrow. It’s an annual event but her last opportunity to do it due to age, and I hate driving in snow ☹️

IMightMentionGriddlebone · 17/03/2018 08:27

wanderings If this is global warming, roll on the ice age.

The predicted climate disruption of global warming always included Britain losing its temperate winters and getting a hell of a lot more snow.

Draw your own conclusions.

DontCallMeCharlotte · 17/03/2018 08:30

Snowing here (South London/Surrey). I'm quite happy this time as I have plenty of food in and have no plans for the weekend so can enjoy it from the comfort of my sofa in front of the fire.

tomhazard · 17/03/2018 08:32

It's not snowing here yet, but it is forecast a bit later. I really hope it's not going to as I am entirely over it!

HateSummer · 17/03/2018 08:36

Do cold winters mean hot summers? And nice big juicy strawberries? If so, I’m happy for it to snow.
