I too think it is TB... I know about it as I was about to do a job in the same road as the hospital... there are loads of AirBnB, B+Bs etc rentals there, jam packed with racegoers. So the authorities were a tad keen to find her.
They won't name the condition, unless she was somewhere scarily full, as they don't want hoards of freaked out racegoers flocking into the hospital and any GP surgery they can find.
If you haven't been to Cheltenham in race week, imagine Oxford Street at Christmas, but with everyone heading in one direction for about an hour and then, suddenly, silence. Only to start again a few hours later, in the opposite direction! Rinse and repeat until Saturday, when it gets really busy
