To hate it when insurance companies won't let you access your documents without registering

Just this really. It has happened the last 2 times I have taken out travel insurance. No mention of this when the policy is purchased but as soon as it comes to printing documents the companies insist you register in order to access them. It just seems a bit sneaky as you then end up receiving marketing emails when really they didn't give you a choice in the first place. So annoying

Yes. And when they automatically renew when you didn't want them to!!! I had to make a slightly stroppy phone call this morning.
