to think there must be a gaming headset cool enough for 12 year old boy with volume limit of 85db ?

My son wants a cool gaming headset (with mic) for his 12th birthday.
His mother wants it to have a volume limit of 85db to protect his hearing.
Does such a product exist?

However I can't see 'volume limiter' anywhere in the description ... it has volume control which is different.
It also has one review on amazon from Jack who gives it 1 star with the comment 'it sucks'!

It's not the fold out mic you normally see on gaming headsets, but it should pick up voice well enough, they're a teen-friendly design, and volume limited.

Hi OP those were the ones that had max 85db which is why some teens are considering them rubbish! I asked my 11 year old and he also said their rubbish because they're not very loud or bassy. My D'S has turtle beach headphones which are loud but he can still hear me calling. I couldn't find any of the limited ones with better ratings but I think it's because people want them to go as loud as possible. Could you possibly get to a Smyths toy shop? That's where we sampled add purchased for D'S
I think game might be able to help too...give them a ring and ask what you need to know...they also do deliveries.
