AIBU to think that the M & S Sparks card is the most useless thing ever?

I have 72,000 points on mine. I occasionally get invited to early sale previews at my local store. Apart from that - nothing.

What is the point of the points?

I've got one, had it two years and not been able to do anything with it yet

You get special discounts for stuff. I think you need to download the app to check what discounts you have available but some assistants at tills will ask if you'd like them to check.
It's great for that...

To be fair, I do get the discounts - at the moment 20%.

But what about all these points? What am I supposed to do with them?

I do a lot of my shopping online, so I think I get all the emails/offers that are open to me.

I got a quid off the £7 stir fry deal this morning by using my card
