Am currently at a water park with DP (on holiday in another country) and we had a bit of a falling out about a water slide and he was stomping off, so I got quite upset and stomped off the other way! I am PMSing slightly but now I feel really upset and he’s not come after me so I’ve been sat by the exit for an hour in a strop and too stubborn to go back and apologise!

Can anyone cheer me up with stories of silly arguments they’ve had with their DPs where stubbornness got in the way?

Ps i will go back over in a minute!

My partner and I once had an argument about missing a train that ended in me going home and sleeping at my mums house. It's a fourty min walk from the train station and our house was a two min walk. I think it was especially bad because we literally never argue with 😂 over dramatic it was.

I remember exH and I having a massive row in front of friends we were staying with over whether raisins for our 2yo were a treat or a snack. His argument was he never had ‘treats’ between meals as a child and DD was going though a bit of a fussy stage at mealtimes. Ended up with me shouting “FFS It’s a SNACK not a treat!!” and stomping off, with him shouting back “they’re the same thing!”

This was years ago but my friends have toddler DC of their own now and she confessed they still laugh and say “ah, but is it a snack or is it a treat?” every time their DC have raisins Blush
