My mum has a huge Alsatian who is sick as, well, a dog, from journey start to journey end. She gives him the homeopathic remedy called Travella and it never fails. Say what you want about homeopathy (and I do) but I'm pretty sure an Alsatian isn't aware of the placebo effect. Worth a try?

I use sturgeron - over the counter tablets. Follow directions on pack.

Get a Business (or better) seat. Drink just enough wine to fall asleep. Repeat each time you wake up ...

I don't think you could take any additional medication with scopoderm could you?

I do usually take Stugeron - it works ok for me but not great and never gets to a ‘sitting in the back of the car’ remedy.

Another sturgeon user here - if I’m not driving I find a couple of drinks on top knock me out completely so I sleep through the journey.

They are amazing, I used them on a cruise. I get seasick looking at a boat (family joke) but genuinely stay sick after getting back on dry land.

Just be wary if you are taking other medication. My MIK used one, it reacted with her tramadol and she had hallucinations
