I ordered 2 outfits from an independent baby/toddler clothes brand for dd’s birthday. This was back in January - to give them plenty of time to make them.
I had previously ordered from them, and the outfit was late. However the owner emailed me to explain there was an issue with supplier. Not a problem - these things happen.
This time round, despite sending 3 emails, trying their live chat too - no response.
All their social media has disappeared, although the sites still up.
Do I just admit defeat and contact my bank for a refund? Their a small independent brand and I don’t really want to do it, but can’t think of any other options
