To think Nigel Farage's caller should have their shotgun and licence removed immediately?

Just heard on LBC someone talking about planning civil disobedience then saying he had a shotgun licence and people should be taken out ad in Day of the Jackal.

Surely the police should be on their way round?

Whatever the strength of his feelings about the progress on Brexit it can't be right to be advocating lethal violence on national radio.

As in Day of the Jackal I meant to say. Nigel Garage had been encouraging him up to that point and, I believe afterwards, said he'd warned "don't underestimate...the British people" (strength of feeling of?). Quite scary to me, I hope some action is taken.

Is the guy with the shotgun licence for or against Brexit? Sorry, I'm not in UK.

Either way it would be the same problem surely but he was pro Brexit and very much against how it's being handled.

He was talking about withholding tax, ignoring e.g. parking regulations and leaving locks open when he moves his boat. Then he started talking about people should be 'taken out' or some such phrase and said he had a shotgun license.

Yip what ever side he is on the police should be checking on him

He claimed to know lots of people who felt the same way and if anyone heard it and was prompted to take action I feel Nigel Farage woild have some responsibility for encouraging his caller to express his anger in ever more specific terms.

I do make an effort to listen to opinions I don't share especially because we seem to be living in such an upsettingly divided society at the moment. IA probably BU.

If Farage was doing anything other than telling this guy to stop being an idiot, he really needs to be sacked. Mind you, I'm boycotting LBC anyway whilst they continue to employ him.
