And why
I have two
Wimbledon - so bad my maths teacher turned it off after 5 minutes
Angus thongs and perfect snogging - just girls chasing boys - worst plot line ever

The Harry Hill Movie. I know I am probably not the intended audience (and my son loved it) but all all the crap I have sat though at the cinema, it was the worst by a long way

sunshinecloudyday · 17/02/2018 20:20

The newest fast and furious films. Ridiculous

anzu66 · 17/02/2018 20:21

Cobra Kai:
the giving birth to a tree stump movie was czech, and called Little Otik. Truly the stuff of nightmares.

My personal worst has to be Breaking the Waves. Horrible, horrible movie.

PancakeInMaBelly · 17/02/2018 20:22

Kevin and Perry go large

The stick man movie was a lot more depressing than the book

DreamyMcDreamy · 17/02/2018 20:23

I fell asleep watching Gladiator in the cinema. I don't understand

Gladiator made me cry at the end Sad

rascallyrascal · 17/02/2018 20:23

Battleship

Nervousrex · 17/02/2018 20:24

@Binkybix, that'll be Under the Skin, or as it's otherwise known in our household, An American Tourist Lost in Scotland...

I have never seen so many erections in a single film (perhaps I should get out more). And yes, it was shite. Grin

Binkybix · 17/02/2018 20:25

Yes, it was Species oysterbabe truly awful.

angelnix · 17/02/2018 20:25

Evita, the film that went on and on and on! I had a great sleep part way through. I went with a friend who thought it was the best movie ever and wanted to critically analyse all parts of it, I made my excuses to leave!

Gigimoll · 17/02/2018 20:25

Conjuring 2
Ted
Prometheus

Binkybix · 17/02/2018 20:25

Yes, sorry it was under the skin! I actually quite enjoyed Species now I think of it.

Gigimoll · 17/02/2018 20:26

Oh, Beauty and the Beast, yawn and Finding dory was pretty shite

Binkybix · 17/02/2018 20:26

And yes, Ted was also awful.

WeirdAndPissedOff · 17/02/2018 20:26

Glad to see AI on here - I wanted to like it but could never, ever get into it, and the ending was crap.
Open Water - advertised as a cross between The Blair Witch project and Jaws. True in as much as absolutely nothing happened.
Human Centipede - did what it said on the tin I suppose, but had nothing else to it. It had clearly been written just for the shock factor of the premise.
Excision - just plain weird. And this from someone who didn't mind Black Swan.

CanIhavedessertfirst · 17/02/2018 20:28

Zoolander 2, insidious 3, hannibal rising and open house. I even read the reviews of Open house before watching, so I knew I was gonna waste an hour and a half of my life!

GUMBYMUMBY · 17/02/2018 20:28

Well I watched The Lobster and I have to say it managed to be both boring and offensive. I am not good on animals being killed.

toriatoriatoria · 17/02/2018 20:29

Birdman.

GUMBYMUMBY · 17/02/2018 20:29

Oh and the Martian. Total drabness

Verbena37 · 17/02/2018 20:29

Bedazzled....the remake with Elizabeth Hurley. Went to see it on our honeymoon and it was so crap, I fell asleep!

Callaird · 17/02/2018 20:29

My then boyfriend and I walked out of ‘coming to america’ should have walked out 30 minutes earlier.

grannytomine · 17/02/2018 20:29

A Nicholas Cage film, Left Behind. I watched the whole thing as it was so bad I was totally amazed and kept thinking it would improve. It didn't.

PineappleExpress · 17/02/2018 20:29

Elizabethtown - the most boring non-story I've ever had the misfortune to sit through. It felt like 17 hours of back story to the real film that never arrived

viques · 17/02/2018 20:29

My Big Fat Greek Wedding, was told by a (Greek) friend it was hilarious, sat in a busy cinema behind a group of people who were almost pissing themselves with laughter and my daughter and I couldn't raise a smile between us the whole way through. Awful film.

AwayAndStuffYourself · 17/02/2018 20:30

I totally didn't get Birdman at all..and I wanted to love it because I love Michael Keaton.

Hippee · 17/02/2018 20:31

The English Patient - yuck, yuck, yuck - liked the storyline with the bomb-disposal guy and the nurse, but not enough to rescue it from the dire main storyline.
