Does dishwasher salt and rinse aid go out of date?

So I’ve bought some and it says it’s it of date but doesn’t say whether it’s use by or best before. Is it safe to use?

It's absolutely fine.
Maybe the fragrance will have changed a tiny amount if it's really old, but it will be safe to use.

NB I didn't even know those products carried dates on them. There's really no need.
