Saw it last night. Apparently the last film Daniel Day Lewis will ever be in. I thought it was atmospheric, the music was beautiful, the acting was good - but bloody hell was their relationship fucked up and wasn't he just a bully and nothing else.
Then the tables were turned a bit. But just why to the whole thing 
? A masterclass in obsessive and one-sided love? Where everything is on the other person's terms and you kind of don't exist.
And while yes she was his muse for a bit, would we ever see a 26 year age gap the other way?
