To ask when did you first feel like an adult?

I saw in the paper about 50 signs you are an adult , so just wondering when you first felt like one

I think the first time was getting my first job and obviously pay check

After I announced on Facebook that I'd bled my radiators and repressurised the system, one of my friends said that one day she wants to adult like me. I think that did it.

I'm still waiting ........

When we moved into our first home and I had to order a vacuum cleaner and bed. Fun fun!

When I started working at the start of his week in a university and students approached me to ask me about stuff. I didn't feel qualified to advise as I didn't feel much more grown up than them but then I realised they view me as the adult and are looking to me for answers. That was a weird moment.
