Hi, I wonder if anyone has any experience of this?
My late aunt died in a care home in October 2017. She paid all fees one month in advance. Her room was cleared within 2 days of her death and subsequently re-let to a new resident.
After her death manager stated we would receive a refund but to date we have received nothing.
Are we being unreasonable in thinking a refund should have been sent to us by now?
