to think that Amazon Prime is a waste of money

I ordered two items to be delivered to a building which is staffed 24 hours a day, the driver claimed not to be able to deliver them so I complained to Amazon who told me this:

"As our carriers deliver a large number of orders in a geographical pattern, in most cases, the carrier might not be able to deliver the order on the same day of delivery attempt and it seems that the carrier was not able to deliver this order by yesterday.
Due to this, they have delivered this order today with high priority."

In other words, the delivery on the same day or next day with Prime means nothing if they have given their drivers too much work.

We got months and months for free because they used to refund that month's fee if a package didn't arrive on time. Can you no longer claim that refund?

Yes lucifer season 3 is included. Its really good!

I used to love amazon prime until about a year ago. Anything that said prime meant next day delivery and was great if I needed things quickly. Now prime means this item isn’t coming from China so will be there at some point over the next week. Prime stuff is often a little more expensive and I wasn’t bothered about this for th convenience. Now if I’ve got to wait 5 days for it I might as well order it elsewhere for cheaper.

Would it be really terrible to get the trial, binge watch Lucifer and Outlander and then cancel?

Prime most certainly still does weekend delivery. We got stuff on both days the weekend just gone.

I noticed I wasn’t getting weekend deliveries and I went into my account settings which had mysteriously set to no sat/sun deliveries. I reset it to allow weekend deliveries. DH found the same thing. Looks like a sneaky ploy to reduce weekend delivering.

I love Amazon prime, never had an issue with it and it's been a life saver in the past.

I love it - use it all the time. In fact I often only order if it is a Prime item.

I only order Prime deliveries too. Get all birthday and Christmas gifts and loads of work stuff from there. So easy!
