To be fucked off with Robinson's new fruit creations squash!

Disclaimer. First world problem. Light hearted.

Got super excited at the new peach & raspberry fruit creations squash that Robinson's have brought out only to buy some and find out its main fruit content is fucking orange. I hate orange squash. 16% orange and only 2% peach & 2% raspberry.

Phoned their helpline this morning to moan I know I'm a sad fecker but it's shut until Monday.

Waitrose white grape and peach squash is delicious, not that it helps you now.

Wow that's a bit of false advertising there

As an aside, elderflower cordial is rather nice.

My dh does this type of thing all the time, Usually to protest about discontinued products - The discontinuing of pizza flavoured toast toppers was a particular tragedy that still gets talked about.

I'm on a mission to get the label on the bottle changed. It's really pissed me off. And I'm normally a lazy sod who doesn't complain about much.

If it had said orange, peach & raspberry I wouldn't of bought it.

It would piss me off too. I'm not a fan of orange squash either. I found an amazing cherry cordial in Waitrose though called Blossom Cottage Morello Cherry. Now if anyone knows of a nice strawberry one thats aspartame free I'd be a happy bunny!

Actually can you take a picture of the ingredients label please I'm going to contact them because I would have blindly picked that up off the shelf thinking it was safe to drink

R Whites do a Raspberry one it is stunning.

@Bumpowder Your allergy is YOUR responsibility. While i can understand OP being annoyed it doesn't taste how she likes, if you have an allergy, you cannot complain to a company who have written the ingredients on the bottle. Especially when you haven't even bought the drink . Maybe don't 'blindly' pick up a fruit juice without checking the label if your allergy is that serious.

You're right it is my responsibility however I don't think it would be unreasonable to expect a squash labelled peach and raspberry to not be mainly made up of oranges!

And I don't see why I can't write to them asking they label their products correctly to clearly identify allergens in them

OP I would of been disappointed too as i’m Not a fan of orange squash. You’d think they would advertise it as orange, peach and raspberry would make more sense

I do think that's naughty, they shouldn't be advertising it as peach and raspberry when its mostly orange!

I’m annoyed that their lovely Strawberry & Kiwi flavour is now in this fancier range and is now £2 a bottle, rather then £1.50 (usually on promo for 2 for £2).
First world problems indeed....

btw, I've been drinking the Strawberry & Kiwi one.. the normal fruit and barley S&K squash tastes the same and is cheaper!

Think this 'new' version is just a rip off imho.

YANBU I’d love a peach and raspberry squash, this isn’t that. I actually do like orange squash but if I want that I can buy that!
