It turned out this was not exactly true. Andi Dier is a sexual predator who laughs at rape victims, writing on his Tumblr "It's not rape if she's smiling through the tears". Dozens of young women have reported being molested by him or sexually propositioned between the ages of 11 and 14. He alluded himself on his ask.fm (now deleted) to committing statutory rape, saying his girlfriend was 13 when he was 18, and that statutory rape shouldn't be a crime.

Anyway, so on the one hand you have a woman trying to talk about her experiences of being a survivor of sexual assault, and on the other you have a man who sexually assaulted young girls and turned up to her event to tell her to talk about him.

Rose M is a hero for talking about her experiences so publicly and at such personal cost to herself- not just the Hollywood career damage, but since she went public about her rape. Rose speaking has helped to paved the way for thousands of others to talk about their experiences of rape and sexual abuse, have a wider social discussion etc, all while Rose is getting more abuse for speaking out, being called crazy and getting threats etc.

Are these the Linda Sarsour ones? I think someone needs to set up a new one because that organisation is becoming massively discredited. Sarsour herself is accused of ignoring sexual harrowing claims and sacking the claimant.

They're bandwaggoning black women and I don't like it. As a black cis woman (not that I accept that silly cis label) they're never going to "hear" my voice. We are expected to stand in solidarity with them just like that, because we know what "ism" and discrimination is. They are users.

What difference does Rose M being a white woman make? Do black women get a pass? Have they not noticed black women are women too?

Can I juxtapose my experiences of both racism and sexism against their white male-born privilege misogyny?
