It’s not only flashing which is lighting up our room all around the curtain edges, but it’s really loud. I said to DH that an alarm is exactly that, and shouldn’t neighbours do something? There’s a reason it’s disruptive.

He said no, it’s clearly just a wrong code or similar. He would never dream of reporting someone’s alarm going off.

I'd call 101. They normally send someone around to check it out.

Isnt that part of the point of an alarm.

To alert neighbours, in the HOPE someone will call!

This is why they're now pointless. No one takes any notice except to be personally irritated by the noise.

There's one that's been going off where I live too! At the same time as yours...I think we live in the same town
